Mission Culture Collaborative was founded by Kristi Manseth, PhD, an organizational psychologist with more than 15 years of experience supporting nonprofits, higher education institutions, and public-sector organizations. Kristi specializes in helping mission-driven organizations understand employee experience and organizational culture through practical, affordable, and high-quality assessment tools. Her work emphasizes actionable insights, shared learning, and data-informed decision-making that strengthens organizations from the inside out.
